That looks like pumpkin bread. If it IS, then that was my friend Carla's sister's recipe, which was passed to me from Carla and from me to Keri. Keri probably doesn't even know all that "history"
It's supposed to make two regular size loaves.

I think this recipe would make 9 mini loaf pans or 3 regular loaf pans. The mini loaves make perfect hostess gifts.
