It LOOKS delicious.

It looks MORE than delicious.

And unfortunately, those of us out here in cyberspace can neither smell NOR taste it!!!

Wow - - - - I'm craving a bite right now.

It was delicious.

My friends can't believe that I made a pie from scratch. They keep asking how long it took. Guess it's becoming a rare art.

I confess, last year, I bought a pie!

My only sister lived in the country near Hartford City years ago. She had several cherry trees on her property. I will NEVER forget her made from scratch with her own cherry pies. They were OUT OF THIS WORLD.

I've made pie from scratch - - - but never did have a good "touch" with the crust. My sister's crust was to die for light and flaky.

Aunt Pam's strawberry pies from Hartford City were to die for, as well. MMMMMM now I want one!

What a great tradition! We may have to adopt it someday. I love to make pies (especially the crust) but usually don't take the time to except at holidays, it seems.

Jaena, I VOLUNTEER to be your guinnea pig - - - I will sample any "trial" pie you decide to make.

ANYTHING I can do to help. ;-)

Thanks, Keetha. I can always count on you to be willing to volunteer when REALLY needed.

I thought we could be team: I can make the crust, and you can do the filling. We could make a couple pies for the upcoming tenderloin fry (as well as one for ourselves while we're at it)!

I don't know what tenderloin fry you are talking about - - -but I truly might be "in" for a pie making duo - - - - e-mail me more details!!!

Yum PLUS fellowship!!!! Wooooo hooooo
